The milestone 100th episode of 30 Rock will be airing on April 21 at 10:00 p.m. ET. Liz and her staff will have a big challenge on their hands during the episode. With TGS on the brink of cancellation by the network, the team will have to prove themselves with the 100th episode of the show within a show. Apparently Hank Hooper wants to cancel the show, but Jack convinces him to let Liz and her staff do one more episode. But Liz is face with a lot of challenges and less-than-ideal working conditions as she battles to save the show.
As Liz races to prove herself, Jack will also be facing his own challenges. He apparently starts "doubting a key decision in his life". Jenna will also be contemplating becoming a mother.
As for guest stars, expect to see Michael Keaton (who won me over once again in the recent The Other Guys movie) and Matt Lauer as himself.

As an aside, 30 Rock has already been renewed for a sixth season, which will start in the Fall. Despite Alec Baldwin claiming that the sixth season will be the last, there's no official word or confirmation from Tina Fey or the network.
