ABC Announces 2013-2014 Primetime Schedule

ABCNBC went first, FOX went second and now its ABC’s turn to announce its 2013-2014 schedule.

The network has picked up 11 new shows and some well-known names will be appearing, including James Caan, Rebel Wilson and Omar Epps. Then, of course, there’s what’s likely the most-anticipated new pilot of 2013: Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. from Avengers director Joss Whedon (watch a preview).

The Dancing with the Stars results show has been nixed from the schedule and fans might also notice that Surburgatory hasn’t made the fall schedule despite being renewed, but it will come back midseason. The Neighbors is also moving to Friday nights. Betrayal and Resurrection will both be limited-run series with 12-13 episodes for their first seasons.
