America’s Got Talent: Sneak Peeks of Tonight’s Premiere

America's Got Talent Season Premiere Sneak PeeksThe NBC reality series, America’s Got Talent, returns for its sixth season tonight. Live shows will air on Tuesday nights, while results shows will air on Wednesdays.

Host Nick Cannon returns with the three judges: Sharon Osbourne, Piers Morgan and Howie Mandel.

Performers all across the country – from singers to contortionists to dancers – will perform to be crowned the winner and take home the $1 million prize. Lest you think the past winners of America’s Got Talent don’t go on to having some awesome careers, here’s some stats for you:

  • Season 2 winner Terry Fator (a ventriloquist) ended up signing a five year $100 million dollar with the Mirage in Las Vegas.
  • Season 2 winner Kevin Skiller released his debut album “Long Ride”.
  • Season 5 winner Michael Grimm has just signed a record deal with Epic records.
  • A finalist in season 5, Recycled Percussion, are headlining a show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
  • The season 5 runner up, Barbara Padilla, is currently working on albums in both Spanish and Italian.

In other words, the winners of America’s Got Talent can definitely go on to bigger and better things.
