You know that age-old question of "is there any circumstance under which you could find David Boreanaz unattractive?" Well, the Bones season finale - airing on May 19 - purports to answer that question.
The answer is "Yes. When he's wearing a mullet and acid-washed jeans".
The season finale of Bones heralds the return of Ryan O'Neal as Brennan's father, Max Keenan. The remains of a bowler are found in the pinsetter at a bowling alley, and Max just so happens to be on the same bowling team as the male victim. Unfortunately, Max is currently sidelined with an injury.
Booth and Brennan look into the death but hit several dead ends. So they decide to get creative and go undercover in the victim's very competitive bowling league. Which apparently calls for ridiculous disguises. After meeting the victim's teammates, they find no shortage of potential suspects.
We're also working up to the birth of Angel and Hodgins' baby in the finale. But before that, Angela decides to try and help the others solve the case by webcam while stuck in her hospital bed.
