Last season, Castle ended with fans in doubt over whether they would see any more of Nathan Fillion's life-imitating-art shenanigans.  Once the series left the cruel surface of the ratings bubble, fans were free to begin musing more important matters: what lay ahead for Castle and Beckett.  At the end of Castle's first season, things weren't looking too good for the two.  To say there was a blow out would be a bit of an understatement.  One could easily consider their 'relationship' f.u.b.a.r., but season two wouldn't be much fun if the oil-and-water plus sex-appeal duo didn't patch things up.  To bring us up to date on where things were left off, and where they are going, let's bring in Fillion and co-star Stana Katic to explain just what to expect from the Castle/Beckett pairing on tonight's season premiere episode of Castle "Deep In Death", airing on ABC at 10pm/est.

First, here's Nathan's take on how it all fell apart.

And here is Stana on how it will all come back together.

"Deep in Death" -- When the new season begins, Castle (Nathan Fillion) is wrestling with how to repair his relationship with Beckett (Stana Katic), while struggling to finish his soon-to-be-published bestseller, Heat Wave. But circumstances force the pair back together to investigate the mysterious murder of a man found dead, tangled in the limbs of a tree. The Season Two premiere of "Castle" airs MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21 (10:01-11:00 p.m. ET) on ABC. Authors Stephen J. Cannell and Michael Connelly guest star as themselves in the episode.

Stana Katic – the hottest and smartest woman on TV. I love the way she plays Beckett. She definitely makes this worth watching.
