September 19th still feels like it's a million years away, doesn't it, Castle fans? We still have seven long weeks until the season 4 premiere of ABC’s hit show Castle. Now that we are getting closer to the premiere date, spoilers have been leaking like crazy, particularly after Comic-Con (if you haven’t checked out our Castle coverage at Comic-Con, you should do that right now).
During the panel that took place last Sunday, the audience got a really special treat with the very first scene of the Season 4 Premiere – entitled “Rise” – in which (SPOILER ALERT!) we see Kate Beckett being rushed into the hospital with Lanie doing CPR on her until she flatlines. It is a very emotional, heartbreaking scene, which seems to be the tone that the episode will take. According to Tamala Jones, who plays Dr. Lanie Parish, the outcome of “Rise” will be even more epic than the season 3 finale, “Knockout”.
Talk about raising the bar, right?
So the fans have obviously been in a frenzy since that scene was shown at Comic-Con. We all know every fandom has really talented people when it comes to creating art for their favorite show. The Castle fandom is no different. This promo, made by fan Jessica Ross, was pointed out to me last night and I have to say it is mind blowing. I really hope the official promo turns out to be as good as this one.
If you don’t want to see the scene that was shown during the Castle panel at Comic-Con, stay away from this video. But who are we kidding? We all know you’re dying to watch it.
