Today at the Cheltenham Screenwriter's Festival, the BBC Wales Doctor Who team announced that the first of the remaining three episodes of David Tennant's reign; The Waters of Mars, will be aired on BBC One on Sunday November 15th.
The episode, which is standalone, but leads into the final two-parter is set in the Year 2059 on Earth's first off-world colony, and features an aliens that use a water compound to infect its victims.

Anticipation is building for the next full season of the BBC's Doctor Who, with Matt Smith replacing David Tennant as the Doctor, joined by a new assistant, Amy Pond (Scottish actress Karen Gillan). The TARDIS will once again hurtle through time and space, as the Doctor explores never-before-seen planets and fighting off countless more villains who want to take over the world. But which of the Doctor's old foes will be making a return come 2010?
