It seems like forever since Chuck defeated Shaw, the Buy More exploded (sending Jeff and Lester on the lam), and we all learned that Chuck and Ellie's mom is alive(!), but believe it or not, our favorite accidental spy will be returning soon.  Chuck is set to return Monday, September 20 at 8:00pm EDT/PDT.  To further stoke the fervor for the show's return, choice tid-bits about the upcoming fourth season were leaked during the annual Chuck Comic-Con panel (which we covered here), and since.  Of course, the biggest news of all, has been the identity of the actress playing Mrs. Bartowski: *SPOILER ALERT!!* the Terminator hunter herself, Linda Hamilton!

Now, a promo video splicing together footage from last season and a first look at new footage from Season Four has been released.  In the new episode footage, Chuck, in costume, is searching for his mother with Sarah.  Where will they find her, and will Chuck like the answers he gets about her reason for disappearing when he does?  Personally, I'm very excited for this story because it will introduce a whole new facet of Chuck's life, while simultaneously hearkening back to the early seasons of the series where Chuck was keeping a secret from everyone and the hilarity that ensued from that.  Add in the craziness that will be happening at the new, CIA-run Buy More, and the deepening of Chuck and Sarah's relationship (Sarah will be searching for her potential mother-in-law, after all), and I think Season Four will be a treat to enjoy.
