Yes, that was a pun. NBC's action comedy cast Brandon Routh as a love interest for Sarah, but they couldn't stop there. Chuck's writers are adding another alumnus of the Superman universe to the triangle, making a love rhombus.
I'm talking about Kristen Kreuk, formerly of Smallville, who has been cast as Hannah, Entertainment Weekly reports. Hannah will be the fourth corner of the rhombus, and will obviously be competing with Sarah for Chuck's heart. Chuck meets Hannah on a flight to Paris, and the two develop feelings for her, which only intensify when Hannah begins working at Buy More.
Kreuk, fresh from her role as the titular character in Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-Li, will appear for "multiple episodes" during Chuck's third season.
