Highlights from the Fringe Comic-Con Panel

Fringe had its Comic-Con panel on Saturday, and videos from the panel are surfacing on the web. There are some pretty cool moments that happened during the panel, which included stars Anna Torv, John Noble, Lance Reddick, Jasika Nicole, Blair Brown, Seth Gabel, and executive producers J.H. Wyman and Jeff Pinkner. We've got three videos for you from the panel.

The first video features the surprise appearance -- if you'd call it a surprise -- by star Joshua Jackson. While his name wasn't advertised as part of the panel, he stepped out onto the stage after the rest of the cast, dressed as an Observer with a fedora and a briefcase. Sure, it wasn't a huge surprise, but it was a nice moment nonetheless.

Next up, we've got a clip featuring Lance Reddick doing his impersonation of Anna Torv doing her impersonation of Leonard Nimoy. Yes, it was as funny as it sounds. There's also a cool bit in the clip in which executive producer Jeff Pinkner hints that we might not have seen all of Olivia's powers. Check it out:

The third clip is my favorite. It starts off with Jasika Nicole, who plays Astrid Farnsworth on the show, revealing, Aerosmith style, that her character will have a gun in the upcoming season. Then, later in the clip, John Noble tries to find some good in Walternate, though Joshua Jackson reminds him that Walternate did shoot Peter's future wife in the head, after all. "People can change!" Noble insists.

Fringe will return on Friday, September 23, for its fourth season premiere, "A Sort of Homecoming."

    Sad =(

    Well, or Josh Jackson has waited to the very last minute with his decision to be there or not, or leaving him of the list was part of the gimmick. The fact that he calls a radiostation on saturday morning saying that he will make , I quote, "A grand entrance" does not go with the modesty of the rest of the cast.

    For me, far to much attention on him at the expense of especially Anna Torv , and also Blair Brown, Jasika Nicole, Seth Gabel and Lance Reddick.

    John Noble always gets attention from Josh Jackson, in fact John is the only one he ever mentions in interviews it seems. And on Comic Con they always make an act of it, isolating Anna Torv, so that the wrong impression goes over the internet. We all know that all co-stars love working with Anna, and that John and Anna have a special bond, without making a display of it.The first time we learned about that was at the Paley meetings.

    I really enjoyed Paley LA and New York with Anna and John, where Anna Torv showed that she has a wonderful way of telling stories and that she has a great sense of humour.

    I am not very impressed with the way Josh Jackson has been made the superstar of Fringe, where we hear Anna Torv saying in every interview, that Fringe is the star. And he wants to get rid of the Pacey tag, instead he pulls the rest of the Fringecast into it with his Pacey con.

    And with that his Pacey fans, who really are misbehaving towards Anna on the internet.

    Apologies, to long, but more people share this view.

    And thank you to your sometimes contributor Jopioniated for naming Anna as one she enjoyed meeting most at Comic Con, every one who has met Anna seems to feel the same, says a lot.

    My final post, but I will read your reviews of Fringe season 4.
