Dan Harmon Had Ideas Stolen For Season Four of Community

The story behind the stellar show, Community, could be a show unto itself. From Chevy Chase’s antics to the problems with season four, the show has been no stranger to drama. But something new has come up that sheds new light behind the scenes. Dan Harmon says his ideas were stolen for season four of Community even though they had fired him. Well, that’s kind of messed up.

According to TVGuide, Dan Harmon says he was “blown away” to see some of his ideas for the season still used even though he was fired from the show. Imagine that. You are watching the show you CREATED, and you see ideas that you threw on the table before you got fired being used. How would you react? Harmon himself has come out and said some pretty nasty things about season four, and we can’t help but wonder if that has something to do with seeing his ideas used (and used poorly) without his permission. He is back on the show now, so we are assuming the bad blood has passed, but if Dan Harmon had ideas stolen, that isn’t cool at all.

What do you guys think about all this?

You reap what you sow, Dan.

Stealing is not reaping what one sows. Looks like Dan is the only one with original ideas to bring to the table. How terrible to be fired and then have a theft occur.
