Make no mistake about it folks, Kate Gosselin is in this contest to win it. Anybody who has seen even five minutes of Jon and Kate Plus Eight knows that Kate Gosselin is always composed, always in control, and a vicious ball-breaker. The feisty mom with the parenting chops to wrangle eight little rascals doesn’t disappoint in these soundbites where she discusses her point of view on the Dancing With the Stars experience. Sure, there are moments where she feigns vulnerability, but I’m not buying it. Gosselin is going to be a take no prisoners competitor this season, and I’d have to say as the working class hero – well, she started a working class hero at least – Gosselin will probably be the easiest for regular folk audiences to accept.

This season of Dancing With the Stars has the most glamorous cast ever, and while Gosselin is often regarded as a diva/celebutante she won’t be amongst the likes of Pamela Anderson, Shannon Doherty, and Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger. In the long run of Dancing With the Stars, the non celebs have done very well – often the winners have come from outside of the showbiz sphere. To be sure, Kate Gosselin definitely has some serious competition when the contest kicks of on March 22nd.

Kate Gosselin has the joy, frustration and honor of raising eight children — twins and sextuplets — in central Pennsylvania. She teams with TONY DOVOLANI, who returns for his ninth season. The all-new cast of celebrities and their professional partners hit the dance floor on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” with the highly anticipated two-hour season premiere, MONDAY, MARCH 22 (8:00-10:00 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network.

Well, Mr. Jon Lachonis…you obviously HAVEN'T seen five minutes of the show. Kate is just about NEVER composed. She's a high-strung, narcissistic, controlling freak of a human and mother. I have never seen Dancing with the Stars, but this season, I just may watch, just so I can vote for ANYBODY besides the super-fake, camera-whore weirdo called Kate Gosselin.

I have always watched Dancing with the Stars but I won't this year. Kate Gosslin is proving to be an unfit mother. Her kids want her home and she is but in the basement of her kid's home, going out to dinner with her dance teacher, spending a bunch of money on herself especially her hair which cost her $7,000. She was crying on the air about her not having money to pay bills. I saw today she said she is doing this for her children. Wake up Kate, life is not about yourself, your life is being a mother to your children! You are to be there for them when they need you. A nanny is not a mother! You are their mother, quit spending money on you, spend it on your kids and with your kids. You got what you wanted out of life, forget Jon and Kate plus, you just wanted to be known as Kate.

I think everybody needs to back off kate!! There alot of mothers that work and has to leave there kids. If everyone is going to knock kate they need to go back to (A) and start there blasting mothers and keep going to (Z). Kate has the right to work and provide for her kids. Think about it MR. JOHN won't get a job so mommy has to. I support Kate 100%. Kate you go girl……… I also think people like woopi Goldberg don't have room to talk about Kate. She needs to clean up around her door before blasting others.
