Dancing with the Stars Season 12: Rehearsal Videos Part 2

Part 2 of our coverage of Dancing with the Stars Season 12 rehearsal videos continues as we take a sneak peek into the studios to see how our next set of star & pro couples are coming along. How ready are they for their big night? Who has all the makings of a champion and who will be sent home early? You be the judge.  If your favorite couple isn't covered here, click here to check out Part 1.

Chelsea Kane & Mark Ballas, “Team Kanenball”, are looking really sharp. Chelsea not only demonstrates great potential technically, but you can see she will have nice stage presence as well. This team will easily be a fan and judge favorite.

Hines Ward & Kym Johnson, “Team Hinen'Kym", look amazing.  Take a good look America, this guy seems to have it all on the dance floor: pizazz, presence and technicality. The judges will find something to criticize on the first night - they have to - but this guy has the makings of a winner. His mantra “I’m a dancer, not a football player” is working.

Kendra Wilkinson & Louis VanAmstel. Ok, had a hard time finding their team name, but there is a Twitter fan page for them “Team KendraLouie” and abc.com has them listed as “Team Kendra n’ Louis”.  Aside from showing us how much she loves herself, Kendra does show she’s in good form, despite a total lack of dance experience. She’s reportedly asked for the skimpiest of outfits, so prepare yourselves for a Playboy bombshell to hit the ballroom floor Monday night.

Petra Nemcova and Dmitri Chaplin, “Team Dmitra”, was an uh-oh at first. Petra looks stiff and tired in ABC's footage. The video is so disheartening, I set out to find another rehearsal video and thankfully there is one that shows she appears to be doing MUCH better. You can view that one here.  If nothing else, they do make a gorgeous couple.

Romeo and Chelsie Hightower, “Team RomeTower” are coming along nicely. Romeo is nailing the steps and although he seems a little detached,  I think it’s more shyness than aloofness. If he can work that out by the premiere, he’ll be in good shape.  They are working on their second week's dance already, which means they’ve  nailed down their debut dance.

Don’t miss the couples’ first dance on the two hour season premiere of Dancing with the Stars on Monday, March 21 at 8pm (ET). After the judges' scores and viewer votes are tallied, the couple with the lowest scores will be sent home the following week on the premiere of the Dancing with the Stars the Results Show, Tuesday March 29 at 9pm (ET).  Who do you think will be the first to be sent packing?
