David Tennant as the Doctor for two days straight?! NONSTOP?!??!!

My DVR is going to be pissed by its upcoming workload...

According to Gallifrey One, BBC America will air David Tennant's entire run as The Doctor from midnight on New Year's Day till 10pm/9c on January 2nd. The marathon will lead up to the premiere of the second part of The End of Time, Tennant's last outing as the tenth Doctor in the long running science fiction series. Also being shown is a David Tennant special that will celebrate the Tennant years of the new incarnation of Doctor Who.

Talk about having a Merry Christmas!!!!

In other Doctor Who news, it has been reported that Series Five of Doctor Who will be called "Series One" for the Eleventh Doctor (Matt Smith) and new showrunner Steve Moffat. I don't know what to think about that move, but I will be watching nonetheless; and no disrespect for Steve Moffat or Matt Smith, but I will continue to call the upcoming season Series Five rather than Series One. Think about explaining two Series Ones of the new series to someone new to the game... a headache on both of our parts.

So what do you guys think? DVR it? Own it already? Got it for Christmas?!
