Family Guy returns for its ninth season tonight on Fox.  Financial difficulties for the Griffin family prompts Peter to blow their savings on lottery tickets.  Naturally, the rest of the family is angry, but they're pleasantly surprised when they win the Powerball lottery and end up millionaires.

Their new-found fortune means changes: Peter quits his job and Chris finds an interesting use for a butler.  Then Joe and Quagmire ask Peter for some money for gifts and investments and the loans go straight to Peter's head and affects their friendships.

But being that this is the Griffin family, they can't handle their new wealth, struggle to stay grounded and end up learning an important lesson.
