If you're like me, you really enjoyed FlashForward. The show took a while to get its legs, but once it did, it was fantastic. The entire second half of the season was absolutely fantastic, and I was disappointed when it was cancelled. Though it got to finish out its first season, the finale left me wanting more -- after all, it ended on the cliffhanger of another flashforward. Fans were also left wondering about Mark Benford's survival after a giant explosion ripped through the FBI office just moments after everyone woke up from the flashforward. Mark didn't seem to have much of a chance, but knowing FlashForward, he probably parachuted out or something.
In any case, I know quite a few fans who have commented on my FlashForward cancellation articles wanting ABC to bring back the show for a second season. Well, fans, here's your chance to let your voice be heard.
A group of fans have created a Facebook page titled "SAVE FLASHFORWARD!" which, as you can imagine, is a gathering of fans who would like to see the aftermath of the series. These fans believe that FlashForward, like Chuck, really just needs a second chance at life. Maybe you're one of those fans. The page's mission is simple:

We are sending calendars with 4/29 circled, friendship bracelets and letters to show our continuing support for flashforward and we are sending them to the head of ABC, Stephen McPherson, who with a flick of his pen can give it second life. We are getting FLASHFORWARD a SECOND SEASON! SAVE FLASHFORWARD!!
I have "liked" the page, though I am ultimately unsure of its potency. Sure, it can't hurt to try to save the show, and if a massive outpouring of fans do this, it could work. But 13,070 fans (at the time of this writing) probably won't be enough to save the show, which was bleeding millions of viewers. Can't hurt to try, though.
Considering where I, among many others, have been telling people to send emails to, I find your last name kinda funny, Mr. McPherson. :) As a fan of the show, and a watcher of both the FlashForward page by ABC and the Save Flashforward page by fans, the show wasn't bleeding as many viewers as people think it was.The majority of them were watching it online, which the nielson rating system doesn't take into effect. It was judged based on ratings that didn't account for a large sum of its viewers, not to mention the nielson system's flawed methods to begin with. :)
Don't worry, the irony isn't lost on me! And yeah, the Nielson is flawed — but if I turned this article into an attack on the Nielson, I'd probably still be writing it. But I agree with you 100%.
Hah, a most excellent point! Well, thank you for the write-up, we'll keep working on our end! As many of us are saying: in my FlashForward, I saw season two airing next fall, time to make the future come true!
There might be only 13K people on the Save Flashforward Facebook page, but there are over a quarter of a million fans on the original FlashForward facebook page and we've been posting like mad on there as well, advising them of where to email, call, and about the planned demonstrations. I think we have a groundswell building and we're going to make a huge impact!

It''s worth a try right? Also, its a good idea to write in good English in your comment as the ABC is very concerned about demographics and wants to attract "the right sort of viewers". It might also, then, help to mention that the only viewers they will be attracted further to the axing of shows such as FlashForward will be mindless, superficial viewers interested only in reality television and other such shallow things. :)
I haven't enjoyed a series in a long while as I did with Flashforward. I am dissapointed to hear that it has been cancelled.
I loved this show, just like I've always enjoyed shows that actually make you think and give you good old mind f*ck every now and then. Flash Forward really needs to come back for a season 2 and would probably do great if ABC didn't move it all over the schedule and take it off the air for months at a time.
I got my theory for Mark's survival… what happened to him is exactly the same that for Janis… a guy with a ring took him!

Other than Fringe, FF is the most intelligent drama on tv, please help save it! If V can get a season 2 (and god knows how it did???) why not FF – ABC you are idiots for cancelling this!!!!!!!
