Animation Domination: Bryan Cranston, Steve Carell Among Future Guests
With every new season of Animation Domination on Fox, a lot of the fun involves the guest appearances and knowing that anybody could pop up anywhere at any given time. Judging from the network's announcement today of who'll be coming by Stoolbend, Springfield, Quahog, and Langley, we'll be drowning in vocal talent in the coming months.
Listed below are each show in the Animation Domination line-up, the guest stars that have been announced, and the character details that we know (as of now).
The Cleveland Show
- Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Bruno Mars, ?uestlove, and will.i.am in an episode about a hip hop secret society.
- Sofia Vergara as a woman trying to get Cleveland to have a quinceanera for Cleveland, Jr.'s upcoming 15th birthday
- Nick Offerman as a sexist department store owner
- Krysten Ritter as an aspiring actress the family meets in California
- Bryan Cranston as the family doctor that joins the guys at the bar
- George Clinton, Andre Ethier, Matt Kemp, David Ortiz, Jimmy Rollins, Joey Votto, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Tony Stewart, and Kasey Kahne will be guesting, likely as themselves, so there'll be a baseball episode and a NASCAR episode this season.
- Zooey Deschanel as Bart's long lost love
- Steve Carell as a bowling buddy of Homer's that's an accountant for the mob
- Patton Oswalt as the new neighbor's son
- Fred Armisen, Carrie Brownstein, Jeff Gordon, Marvin Hamlish, Anika Noni Rose, and Jennifer Tilly will all be guesting, though no character details were released (assuming they're not all playing themselves).
- Zach Galifianakis as a "former department store window dresser pining for his estranged wife, who happens to be a mannequin"
- Nick Offerman and Megan Mullally as hippies that hire the Belcher kids to pick their weed
- Jeffrey Tambor as a sea captain that kidnaps the family during a family trip
- Returning to the show are Kevin Kline, Aziz Ansari, Bill Hader, and Sarah and Laura Silverman
- Johnny Depp as Edward Scissorhands
- J.J. Abrams, Mark Burnett, Dick Wolf, Ryan Reynolds, Kellan Lutz, Elizabeth Banks, Sandra Bernhard; and Christina Milian, all likely as themselves.
- Patrick Stewart as himself in a recurring role
- Danny Glover as a Christmas demon
- Also guest starring: Alison Brie, Charlie Day, Nathan Fillion, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Rupert Grint, and Jon Hamm.
