I figured that the "interference" was when they allowed Walter to keep the Peter from the other side. "Do we know from previous episodes that the gun(s) only work for one person?" No, but we know that the insta-disguise device the shapeshifters use are coded to only one person. Mwah-ha-ha! :) "…if the Observer interferred in his natural death, when is payback due? This confused me because I thought Peter died of natural causes. Perhaps they did something that caused Peter to get sick. I figured that the "interference" was when they allowed Walter to keep the Peter from the other side.
