Reserve Your Copy of 'Fringe: The Complete Third Season' on DVD

Guys, this is speedy stuff.

Fringe's third season has barely aired three episodes, and the DVD and Blu-ray sets are already up for grabs on Amazon. Of course, you're going to have to wait a while -- a long while, as a matter of fact, almost a year -- until you get your sets, but you can already nab one of them to have on reserve.

Of course, no cover or information has been released, but it's looking like the sets will be pretty standard, price-wise: the DVD is retailing for $41.99, while the Blu-ray is going for $48.99.

The set probably won't be released until September 2011, but that doesn't make any difference. When you order from Amazon, you'll be locked in at the lowest pre-release price they have, even if it changes. Also note that a large number of pre-orders might just be the reassurance that FOX is looking for if they have to make any decisions about renewing Fringe for a fourth season.

If the first three episodes of the season are any example, I have to say that we're heading into the best season of Fringe yet. I can't wait.

Just as long as it's the FRINGE focused on the Pattern & the Alt. Universe, I'm there. Half of S2 was procedurals w/monsters. I want the good stuff to dominate the plot. And John Noble to get an Emmy.
