Some new promotional photos for the second episode of Fringe's second season, "The Night of Desirable Objects," has been released. There are quite a few nice little tidbits about the episode within these photos, including Peter and Olivia robbing graves with the help of some local law enforcement while Walter does research in the sheriff's office, as well as Olivia being examined by a doctor for some superficial head injuries. But the most interesting part by far is the fact that Charlie Francis is in these promotional photos as well. I thought he was dead by then.

Here are some episode details from FOX:

A highway construction worker in rural Pennsylvania goes missing when he is mysteriously drawn into an underground tunnel filled with human remains. Meanwhile, back in the lab, Walter is attempting to simulate travel between realities on frogs. When it’s discovered that the disappearance in Pennsylvania is not an isolated incident, the Fringe team travels to the crime scene to unearth evidence in the “Night of Desirable Objects” episode of FRINGE airing Thursday, Sept. 24 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (FR-202) (TV-14 L, V)
