Tonight on Game of Thrones: The Baratheons Meet, Daenerys Finds a City & Joffrey Gets Revenge

Game of THronesThe Baratheon brothers meet in tonight's all new Game of Thrones as Catelyn attempts to broker a truce between them so that they can combine their armies against the Lannisters. Here's what else you can expect to see in tonight's episode:

Joffrey: Up in the North, Robb Stark is making progress with his army, cutting down the Lannisters' men. Back in King's Landing, Joffrey is furious that the "King of the North" is defeating him, so he decides to punish Sansa for her brother's "treason". He wants to kill her, but Cersei wants her kept alive, so he has one of his men beat her up. Fortunately for Sansa, Tyrion steps in to help her. But Joffrey is displeased that his uncle has ruined his fun and his cruelty reaches new levels. If you didn't hate Joffrey before, you will after this episode.

Daenerys: The Khaleesi manages to lead her people to the gates of the magnificent city of Qarth. In order to pass through, they have to be granted entrance by the rulers of the city, who turn out to be far too interested in Danny's dragons for her liking.

Littlefinger: Littlefinger arrives at Renly's camp to return Ned's bones back to Catelyn in hopes that it will appease the Stark family. As you can imagine, Cat doesn't exactly welcome him warmly. He also attempts to put himself in Renly's good graces, but Renly abhors him and his shifting loyalties.

The Baratheons: Stannis and Renly finally meet, with Melisandre and Catelyn, respectively, at their sides. At Cat's urging, they are meeting to see if they can broker a truce, but it should come as little surprise that the stubbornness of the Baratheon men could be their undoing.

Arya and Gendry: The children have been captured by soldiers and are taken to Harrenhal, where they witness the terrible torture of peasants for scraps of information. But is there a light at the end of the tunnel for Arya?

Melisandre: A lot of Game of Thrones episodes end with a cliffhanger and this week's episode is no exception. The mysterious Melisandre travels with Davos to a cove. What will come out of this night is anyone's guess.
