While no release date has been set, you can pre-order the Game of Thrones season 1 on DVD and Blu-ray from Amazon. The set has no confirmed details, either, save that it will contain all ten episodes of the show's first season.
At Comic-Con, producers revealed that they were trying to put Jason Momoa's (Khal Drogo) audition on the DVD set, so long as they got Momoa's permission.
The DVD is currently retailing for $44.99, while the Blu-ray is ten dollars more expensive at $54.99.
In keeping with HBO's practice of putting DVDs out shortly before the next season begins, we likely won't be seeing this set released until early next year.
You can pre-order the DVD here, and the Blu-ray here.
Game of Thrones will return to HBO next spring with its second season.
