Glee Casting News: Gwyneth Paltrow & Kristin Chenoweth to Return

Apparently Gwyneth Paltrow's guest appearance on Glee a few episodes ago went so well that she'll be reprising her role as substitute teacher Holly Holiday.  Paltrow shared this news with Access Hollywood while promoting her new movie, Country Strong.  While there's no word yet on when the episode with Paltrow will tape or air, she obviously loved her experience enough to return for another episode.

Kristin Chenoweth will also be returning in the spring for a few episodes, reprising her role as April Rhodes, who was seen in two episodes in the first season of Glee.  No word on whether the two other recurring guest stars - Jonathan Groff and Idina Menzel - will be making return appearances in season 2.

I actually want to see Charice return as part of Vocal Adrenaline.  I'm curious as to whether they'll wait until Regionals to bring her back.

Glee returns with new episodes after the Superbowl on February 6.  Expect a big episode as the show has scored the coveted post-Superbowl spot on FOX.
