The second season of Glee, last year's breakout hit for Fox, will be premiering on Tuesday, September 21. When we last left off at the end of season one, Quinn had had her baby and gave her up for adoption and Finn had told Rachel that he loved her. When we return in season 2, Finn and Rachel will be big with the PDAs (as you can see in one of the photos below). We also have a lot to look forward to this coming season. Two new cast members will be joining the show, including Chord Overstreet (“iCarly”) who will play Sam, who joins the ranks at McKinley as a high school athlete who starts off as Finn’s protégé but becomes his competition.
Singer Charice will be making some appearances as a new transfer student to McKinley who becomes "a formidable rival to one of the glee club’s stars" (probably Rachel). John Stamos will also be appearing as Emma's new dentist boyfriend.
Fox has released a few promo photos for the upcoming season 2 premiere. The following week (on September 28), we have the Britney Spears episode to look forward to. I actually like most of Britney's songs, because they're usually pretty catchy. But what really excites me is the fact that the episode will feature more of Brittany, the dumb, blonde Cheerio. She's probably my favorite character on Glee.
