Gossip Girl Photos & Promo: Dan Comes Clean in Episode 5.04
This week's episode of Gossip Girl moved all of the action back to New York City. Serena and Charlie arrived back in the Big Apple and Serena convinced Charlie to remain in the city. Unfortunately, Carol quickly realized that Ivy was impersonating her daughter in NYC and traveled there to tell her to drop the act. But "Charlie" warned Carol that if the truth about her being Ivy was exposed, she was prepared to take Carol down with her.
Meanwhile, Blair spent the episode trying to escape from playing "Who's Your Baby Daddy?". She was determined to ignore the results of the paternity test, while Dan kept telling her to simply face her problems. In the end, Blair told Chuck personally that Louis was the father of her child.
In the October 17 episode of Gossip Girl, Dan gathers together his father, Lily, Serena, Blair, Nate and Chuck and tells the group about his book and its contents. He hopes that they'll support him at his upcoming book launch party. Louis reads Dan's book and then confronts Blair about what it contains, which is a serious bump in their relationship. Diana (Elizabeth Hurley) comes across some incriminating information about one of Nate's friends and decides to use it to her own advantage.
