Gossip Girl is counting down to the royal wedding of Prince Louis and Blair, but we suspect it may not turn out as planned.  The couple, who are expecting their first child, are set to wed in the 100th episode of Gossip Girl, which will air in early 2012.  Spoilers for the special 100th episode reveal that the royal wedding will play a big role in the milestone episode.  Serena is set to act as Blair's made of honor.

But, like we said, we're getting rumblings that something could disrupt the ceremony.  Set photos show Blair in her wedding dress (which is most definitely not her future mother-in-law's dress).  But instead of looking happy, Blair appears to be fleeing from the church, looking upset.  Here's the question though, the photos could be taken two ways: she's either running away from the ceremony on her own, or she's running to someone.  Whatever the case may be, we're going to put money that drama is on its way.

We also know that resident bad girl Georgina Sparks (Michelle Tractenberg) will be making a return appearance in this episode of Gossip Girl.  Based on set photos, we see that she spots a photo about the upcoming wedding in a newspaper and seems very upset about it.  Later, Georgina dresses up like an altar girl.  Will she be crashing the wedding?  Does this have something to do with the reason Blair is upset?  So many questions!
