Gossip Girl Sneak Peek: What is Blair Hiding in the January 16 Return?

The upcoming return of Gossip Girl has yielded a lot of news. Recently we've posted photos for the January 16 and January 23 episodes, as well as an episode preview for the January 16 return. In addition, earlier today we posted photos for the big 100th episode of Gossip Girl, featuring none other than the (maybe) wedding of Blair and Prince Louis.

Now The CW has released a sneak peek for the January 16 episode of Gossip Girl that's got us completely intrigued. Let me set the scene for you: this episode jumps ahead two months from the end of the midseason finale. It's nearly New Year's Eve in New York and the aftermath of the car crash is told via flashbacks. We know Chuck was particularly bad after the accident, but we also know he survives. We're not yet sure about the status of Blair's baby, but we do know she's proceeding with her wedding to Louis, despite running away with Chuck in the previous episode. In addition, Blair is shopping for a wedding dress, which will lead to a cameo by none other than Vera Wang herself.

While out with Dan, Blair is discussing her upcoming New Year's Eve plans. She isn't really up for attending the Spectator party and "pretending". But pretending what? To be happy with Louis? All we know is that she warns Dan he better keep "the truth" a secret. Any guesses as to what Blair might be hiding?
