Last week's season 5 premiere of Gossip Girl revealed that both Dorota and Blair are pregnant.  In tonight's all new episode, Dorota confronts Blair about her pregnancy and the producers reveal that we will learn how Blair intends to handle her current situation.

Louis' sister, Beatrice, will travel from Europe to New York City to visit her brother and Blair.  But don't think she's just in town for a visit.  Her intentions towards Blair aren't very pure and she'll be making trouble for the pair.

In the season premiere, Serena encountered Ivy/Charlie in Los Angeles and in tonight's episode she reconnects with the woman she thinks is her cousin.  Finally, Nate unexpectedly encounters Diana Payne (guest star Elizabeth Hurley) in New York.  He's surprised to see her and she decides to offer him an unexpected opportunity.

Dan will also be reaching out to Chuck in hopes that he can stop the publication of his novel.  But despite Chuck's insistence in the premiere that he's doing fine with the news of Blair's upcoming wedding, Dan soon realizes that Chuck may be the one who needs the help.
