Gossip Girl Spoilers: Will Elizabeth Hurley Return? Plus, Serena's Next Project

Several Gossip Girl guest stars will be making appearances when the show returns with all new episodes in April. We've already revealed that Jack Bass will return at Chuck's request in the April 2 episode and that William van der Woodsen will be sticking around the Upper East Side as well (read more here).

Now The CW confirms that Elizabeth Hurley will also be returning to Gossip Girl on April 9. The episode, titled "It Girl, Interrupted", features Hurley's Diana Payne returning to New York to start a power struggle with Nate over the future of The Spectator. Will Nate lose? We know in the April 2 episode that he's seeking new investors, so his hold on the paper might be tenuous.

Meanwhile, Serena decides to take on a new project in this episode. Despite the fact that her cousin Lola (guest star Ella Rae Peck) has indicated that she wants nothing to do with her family, Serena is determined to transform her into the next "It Girl" so that she herself can step away from the spotlight. Step #1 in this plan is getting Lola to model in a Kiki de Montparnasse lingerie fashion show.
