Oh la la! Gossip Girl will now be paired with 90210 on Monday nights and the CW had released the first promo for the upcoming fourth season, which is set to premiere on September 13. Blair and Serena will start off the season in Paris at the tail end of their summer abroad. And Chuck? Chuck is most definitely alive...and he's dressing a bit differently. Check out the promo below.
