Grey's Anatomy Photo Preview: The Residents Are Tested in Episode 8.03
Grey's Anatomy returned tonight with its eighth season premiere. But we're already looking to the September 29 episode.
Episode 8.03 of Grey's Anatomy, entitled "Take the Lead", has the Chief making a shocking, career-changing decision. The other employees of Seattle Grace Hospital are reeling after the choice is made. Cristina and Owen try to live a normal day-to-day life with their relationship, while April continues to struggle in her new role.
But the big event in the episode is that the fifth year residents are assigned their first solo surgeries. Of course, each of them learns a very important lesson during the surgeries: sometimes what's meant to be a completely routine procedure will be fraught with difficulties.
