Grey's Anatomy Photo Preview: Take a Look at the Special "Dream" Episode
A special "dream" episode of Grey's Anatomy will be airing on February 2. Titled, "If/Then", former cast members Kate Walsh (now on Private Practice) and Kate Burton return to reprise their roles.
In the episode, Meredith is putting adopted daughter Zola to bed. While drifting off herself, Meredith wonders how life might have turned out if things were different. For example, what if her mother had never developed Alzheimer's and her parents have been supportive towards her? If Meredith's life had been different, then everyone would have been affected. The reverberations are numerous. For example, she never actually met Derek in that bar and he is still with Addison. Callie and Owen, meanwhile, had become a couple before Callie ever met Arizona. And Bailey never grew out of her "meek intern" phase.
