Grey's Anatomy Sneak Peeks: Episode 7.19 "It's a Long Way Back"

After the traumatic events of the musical episode, Grey's Anatomy is back from a short hiatus on April 28th. Callie hasn't even had the opportunity to meet her baby, Sofia, yet. So the entire team works together to help both mother and baby on their long roads to recovery and to arrange the first meeting between the two.

Derek, unfortunately, encounters a problem in his clinical trial when a patient dies suddenly. This forces him to proceed with more caution as the trial continues. ABC also says that Meredith makes a "calculated and risky move".

Doris Roberts (Everyone Loves Raymond) will be guest starring as a rich old woman who is a patient of Alex. As she's dying she decides to make a big move that she thinks will secure Alex's spot as Chief Resident.

James Tupper will also be making a return as Dr. Perkins and Teddy will be happy with his reappearance.
