Grey's Anatomy Sneak Peeks: Will Seattle Grace's ER be Saved?

Last week’s episode of Grey's Anatomy was a bit tense with Dr. Cahill walking around supervising everyone, and looking to make changes in order to help the hospital reduce their costs. Which definitely brings tension to the doctors at Seattle Grace. Not only is there tension on screen, but Grey’s fans are worried about Meredith’s pregnancy. 20 seconds into the promo for the episode the voiceover says,” There is a thin line between life and death.” Then we hear Meredith say, “Something’s wrong" and that has my heart racing. If there’s anything to be worried about, it’s definitely this.

After all of the struggles Derek and Meredith have had to surpass, life for them is finally starting to take shape. Derek is finally operating again and Meredith seems happier with her pregnancy and she even conquered her biggest fear of flying. But happiness doesn't seem to last long with any Shondaland creation; we never know what's going to happen next. We’d all hate for anything to happen to Meredith or the pregnancy, but something we do know is that Shonda Rhimes always has a great story arc.

Meanwhile, Christina will be struggling to respect the wishes of a family whose son is dying and in need of a blood donation, but will not accept any. And Owen will argue with Dr. Cahill to save the ER from being replaced at the hospital, declaring “What is more important than that?”  It will be interesting to see how the hospital and the doctors deal with the upcoming changes, if any are necessary.

And can we just take a moment and praise just how amazing Jessica Capshaw has portrayed Arizona's character? We've seen her go through many hardships and watching her battling phantom limb syndrome last week was nothing short of amazing.  Tonight she will empathize with a teenager who faces problems similar to her own.

Watch the sneak peeks above and below and be sure to catch tonight's episode “Bad Blood” at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
