The musical episode of Grey's Anatomy will be airing next week on Thursday, March 31. On the same day, the soundtrack for the episode - entitled "Grey's Anatomy: The Music Event" will be released in stores and on iTunes. We've already posted some promos, a non-singing sneak peek, and a behind the scenes look in the recording studio for the episode (view them here). We've also posted a video of Sara Ramirez signing "The Story" at the Grove in Los Angeles, which will also be sung in the show (view it here).
Now we have four sneak peeks from ABC from the actual episode. The official description of the episode states that Callie, on the edge of a life-changing event, imagines the hospital and all of her friends as part of a musical. Kate Walsh will also be making a guest appearance as Addison and the episode will run an extra minute long.
But if you watch these sneak peeks you'll realize they're fairly spoilery! If they're true, then what actually happens is that Callie and Arizona are in a cash wreck, one that clearly threatens Callie's life. Inside her head, she's imaging the musical. The question everyone will be asking, of course, is what happens to the baby. We don't know yet whether the baby will survive the crash, but you can draw a few conclusions from some of these sneak peeks. Grey's fans, I think you might be in for one heck of a sad episode.

does anyone know where i can get the songs? I mean the versions which the actors sing not the original ones. I love how the sing and interpret the songs especially callie and hunt are amazing!!!
