We're counting down to the season finale of Grey's Anatomy, which will be airing on May 19. But we also have a new episode this week - on May 12 - to look forward to.

In the May 12 episode, Meredith is becoming increasingly more on edge as her personal and work pressures keep piling up. The other doctors are beginning to realize that she's definitely feeling the strain.

The quest to fill the Chief Resident position continues, and Owen will be conducting formal interviews in this episode of Grey's Anatomy. Jackson will also be dropping out of the Webber's diabetes trial without any warning.

Alex and Lucy, meanwhile, have their relationship tested.
