Though there have been bumps along the way, Zoe and Wade have gotten to a good place recently on Hart of Dixie. The threat of George Tucker has been neutralized and the two have been conscious enough of their flaws to work on their communication and reassure the other’s insecurities. It took a while for them to be on the same page at the same time, but it looks like they’ll be giving this a real chance to stick. But what happens when the green-eyed monster rears its ugly head?
On the next Hart of Dixie, there’s a flu epidemic heading BlueBell’s way and Dr. Hart is forced to put the town on lockdown until it passes. Unfortunately, when she makes the call to quarantine, Wade is over at an ex-girlfriend’s place, which makes Zoe extremely jealous. Being a little jealous could be considered a healthy part of any relationship, particularly something new like this one, but it all comes down to how Dr. Hart reacts to feeling jealous. If she’s cognizant of the fact that she and Wade are in a good place and that he can be around a member of the female species without something sexual happening, it all may blow over without incident and she can get back to helping the town. However, if she lets it eat at her, it might turn into something real, ugly, and potentially damaging to her relationship.
Elsewhere on Hart of Dixie, Lemon’s date with Walt goes awry when she begins feeling under the weather, while George directs a BlueBell tourism commercial for Lavon, who has his attention focused on his female co-star.
