Here's a nice little bit of Heroes scoop for you: Entertainment Weekly has reported that Jayma Mays, who played Hiro's love interest Charlie Andrews in season one, will be returning to the show during its fourth season. Charlie, a waitress at the Burnt Toast Diner in Texas, had the power of a great memory, and was killed by Sylar for the ability. Hiro journeyed back in time to save Charlie, but found out that she was already stricken with a terminal illness, and saw that it would make no difference either way. This helped show Hiro that time travel wasn't a quick fix for everything. The incident occupied a few episodes of the first season, and was the focus of the spin-off novel Saving Charlie.

It's presumed that Charlie will somehow be part of Hiro's "bucket list" after his discovery that he has a terminal illness (which was hinted at last year). (On a side note, if Hiro's illness sticks, it will be one of the saddest moments on television, but also one of the biggest leaps forward for Heroes; sadly, I'm gunning for him to die. I doubt he will, though.)

Charlie's one episode appearance in the fourth season will not affect filming for Glee, which Mays also appears in; filming for Glee has already wrapped.
