I'm betting on Mohinder. He hasn't even been on yet this season, so the writers have clearly run out of things for him to do. They even gave his boring and incomprehensible monologues to Samuel.

I agree, the logical conclusion is going to be Hiro, but that wouldn't be a surprise. Parkman? Not so much. Sylar? He's been "dead" before, we all know he can come back. One of the brothers perhaps?

This show needs to find it's roots again and get back to the glory of Season 1

Truly a major death? Or perhaps one that has already happened (Nathan) becoming permanent? Seems like Sylar is heading to Samuel's family, and Nathan sort of 'died' this/last week once and for all.

If it is Peter, I'm done with this show. Period. He's the only character with any real potential, and I'm still not sure they haven't royally screwed him up over the last year, but still…if there were no Peter, I'd have stopped watching two years ago.

Why won't they just kill off one of Ali Larter's characters? THAT would make for a memorable moment since it will make me weep with joy and possibly run around my neighborhood screaming "Whoopie!"

The only male character listed above that would truly upset me would be Noah. I used to love Matt but lately, meh. Is Ando a possibility?

I hate cheap gimmicks like major character deaths. Heroes should be more concerend about attempting to return the show to season 1 quality levels than creating a five-minute water cooler moment that won't do anything to improve the quality of the show. Unless they're kililng someone I don't like. Then, by all means….
