Clips – Justifed Season Two Premiere “The Moonshine War”

Are you excited that Timothy Olyphant’s trigger happy US Marshall Raylan Givens is coming back to your TV screen tonight? You should be. We’ve watched the first three episodes of Justified and not only do some people get shot, as you would expect, but the entire Justified character-space gets a fine tuning that can only be described as transcendent. If I’m not mistaken, there seems to be a theme of ‘redemption’ threaded throughout the various character arcs this season, and the expertise that the Justified crew is displaying in communicating that theme is fantastic. Watch for it.

On a less sub-text driven level, Justified’s second season brings back everything that phenomenally great about the first. Let’s hope Olyphant, Graham Yost, and the rest of the Justified gang get some very, er, justified recognition next award season. If you want a spoiler free psych-up for Justified’s premiere, check out Jo Garfein’s review here. If you want a little sample of what is coming up on tonight’s Justified season two premiere “The Moonshine War,” you are in luck; we have three clips below for your consideration – just enough to convince you that, thankfully, nothing has changed so you can feel safe tuning in to Justified on FX at 10PM EST tonight.
