"When a brutal murder hits close to home, Raylan will stop at nothing to hunt down the killer."

That's all we're given about tonight's "Reckoning," the penultimate episode of the second season of Justified, but it's enough. It confirms that poor old Aunt Helen, who was shot by Dickie Bennett at the end of last week's episode, did indeed die from the two point-blank shotgun blasts (believe it or not, there's been some debate). Now, of course, we should be getting the big revenge episode that the show's second season has been building up to, right?

The question that sticks is whether or not this episode will be that big revenge episode, or whether "Reckoning" will just be the set-up for the more violently titled season finale, "Bloody Harlan," which premieres next Wednesday. I'll tell you one thing, though: I would hate to be Dickie Bennett right now. All Raylan has to do is get the truth out of Arlo about who killed Aunt Helen (surely Arlo can figure it out) without Arlo going on his own revenge mission, and Dickie's got one angry sharpshooter on his heels. That isn't exactly beneficial if you're trying to start a new criminal empire, and certainly not if you wish to remain alive.
