Fans from around the globe were treated to an amazing evening on the beach in Waikiki tonight, as the first hour of the sixth and final season of LOST debuted in front of thousands, including the cast, crew and their families.

Prior to the screening, I had the opportunity to interview Michael Emerson, Josh Holloway, Daniel Dae Kim, Yunjin Kim, Evangeline Lilly, Harold Perrineau and Zuleikha Robinson, all of whom were tremendously gracious, patient and friendly.

We will be posting audio of those interviews over the next few days.

In the meantime, here are a few photos that I took on the red carpet! If you copy or repost any, all we ask is that you please provide a link/credit.

Naveen Andrews, Nestor Carbonell, Henry Ian Cusick, Jeff Fahey, Matthew Fox, Jorge Garcia, Ken Leung and Terry O'Quinn were also on the red carpet, along with Damon, Carlton and director Jack Bender.

I am flying home tomorrow after a whirlwind Lost Premiere weekend in Hawaii! Stay tuned for interviews, more photos and a spoiler-free recap of the entire experience.

I love Jeff Bender, he's way better than Jack.

LOL, thanks John – I am operating on fumes at this point and just corrected that silly error. :)

Of course I'm so happy see all the regs, but I am especially happy for Harold P. He was pretty upset with the way he was let go, so it's nice to see harmony with that and obvs closure. People give Michael a hard time, for good reasons, but let us not forget the brilliant work of Harold. He made it all that very real.

I enjoyed The Stepfather- this was just as a great as the first. Dylan Walsh did a great job filling the shoes of Terry O'Quinn http://bit.ly/dicg8I
