The LOST Season 5 DVD set will be released on December 8th and fans who purchase the Blu-ray version will be able to take part in an interactive "college" experience and view "classes" facilitated by various cast members. Remember Lost University? While the site has been up for a while, it will officially be unveiled on the DVD release date of December 8th. How does this tie in with the Blu-ray box set? The JUNGLE SURIVIOR BASICS class at LOST UNIVERSITY will give you basic information to survive until you are rescued. This class will be taught by several “LOST” cast members via never-before-seen interviews including:

“Professor” Jeremy Davies will also teach the class NEW PHYSICS WITH JEREMY DAVIES this semester that will focus on cutting-edge physics seen on “LOST.”
This is a great idea. Because if there's anyone who knows about jungle survival, it's people who are stuck on an island for over 100 days. And if YOU ever find yourself on a island that can travel through time, is invisible to the outside world, is only accessible by submarine and/or plane crashes, contains polar bears and weird smoke monsters that eat people, and may/may not be the site for what essentially amounts to a chess game between the forces of Good and Evil, then you will most definitely want to purchase the Blu-Ray discs and watch these exclusive videos.
