The Twelve Days of LOST-mas continue, and E! Online's Kristin dos Santos has released her sixth bit of information, and it's the best yet. No more fooling around: someone is going to die in the first four hours of the show.

How's that for concrete? "One Lostie we've known for a long time (a dark, handsome and mysterious someone) will die within the first four hours in the first shocking death of the year," Kristin posted Monday morning. But who could she be referring to?

All signs point to the dark, handsome, and mysterious Richard Alpert, who has been living on the Island for quite some time (and never seems to age). Could he be going the way of his fellow ageless buddy Jacob? That seems likely, given this recent bit of information. That is, unless you take into consideration that episode nine, "Ab Aeterno" is said to be Alpert-centric. Set reports even indicate that he is filming flashback scenes for the episode. Of course, the flashback could take place from a different perspective (like the mysterious Man in black), but the fact remains that Richard is still filming as of episode nine.

So who else on the show is dark, handsome, and mysterious? Kristin could be referring to Sayid, though he doesn't quite fit the mysterious part that well. If Boone is returning to the show, he could very well die again in episode three.

But that's not all! Kristin has released another bit of information, which she contends is also true. "Another Lostie we've known and loved since day one of season one will come thisclose to dying—at his own hands—but the good doctor (Matthew Fox's Jack Shephard) will save him," she reported.

Is she referring to an attempted suicide, or just an accident? And if it's someone we know from season one, it could be, well, everyone that was on Oceanic Flight 815, because if you're reading a spoiler article, you know by now that the reset will indeed be taking place. A likely candidate? Charlie Pace. In the timeline caused by the reset, he's still an addict -- it would be easy for him to simply overdose on heroin while on the plane.
