Wow. In four days time, we'll all be sitting down to watch the series finale of Lost. It's hard to believe that it will be over, that there will be no more morning after discussions or endless analyzing with friends and strangers. Hard to believe that our brains won't be exploding on a weekly basis as we try to wrap our heads around this confusing story.
The finale will be airing on Sunday, May 23, and will be two and a half hours long (with a two hour recap show beginning at 7:00 p.m.). Good thing too, because it seems like they're leaving a lot to the finale - trying to find a way to kill Smokey, bringing the island world and the sideways world together and who knows what else we'll see. Some of you will probably be having finale parties. But me...I'll be watching the episode alone, escaping to a private room while I avoid the family I'm visiting this long Canadian weekend and glaring murderously if any of them dare to even breathe around me.
We have a promo and a sneak peek from the upcoming finale for you below. You can also read Sam's review of last night's episode "What They Died For".
Make sure you also check out Jimmy Kimmel's special at 12:05 a.m. after the finale and your local news. Most of the Lost cast will be appearing on his show and word is that we'll see three alternate endings for Lost on his show (read more here).
