With LOST production in full swing fans are once again being treated to a cascade of spoilers. Today comes details of an iconic scene that never took place, but should have – and would you believe it involves, in a way, True Blood? Read on LOST fans, your spoilers await.
First, let's allow our good friends at HawaiiWeblog set the scene for us. (Click here for their full report.)
A yellow taxi cab pulls up in front of the house, and two women emerge. It’s a “very pregnant” Claire (Emilie De Ravin) accompanied by, inexplicably, Kate (Evangeline Lilly). They walk up and Claire knocks on the door, and an unfamiliar woman (the crew called her by the name Jenny) answers. Claire introduces herself… and the woman immediately breaks down, crying.
“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry,” she says. “I really wanted this. But my husband… I just can’t have the baby right now.”
There’s anguish. And awkwardness. They’re not invited inside. But after a few more words are exchanged, it’s Claire’s turn to cry out. She cringes, and bends over, apparently and suddenly going into labor.
“Call a doctor!” Kate urges.
We checked with our sources and found out that Jenny isn't the name of the character, but the name of the actress playing her. Turns out Aaron's would-be adopted mother is being played by Actress Jenny Blong. If you are going nuts trying to figure out where you may have seen her, she had a brief role as Sookie and Jason's mother Michelle Stackhouse in season one of True Blood!
Now as for why escaped fugitive Kate is tagging along to help Claire deliver up their beloved baby boy Aaron to his would-be adoptive mom, we have no clue. Why would either of them give up the boy they both came to love as mothers. (Man, LOST is complicated.) Could it be that the JugHead solution erased their memories and they just happen to be together by chance? Or maybe Aaron is in some kind of danger and his two moms are anxious to tuck him away for his own safety. For that we'll have to wait until next year when LOST returns.
On a related note, we have confirmation that Elizabeth Mitchell is on Hawaii. Hey, Juliet is a doctor – right? Doesn't her specialty have something to do with babies, in one universe at least…

[...] Thanks to TV Overmind for the following details that "Jenny" is actually actress Jenni Blong from True Blood. [...]
Actually…the scene is supposed to be following the reset: Kate escapes (?)from the Marshall after Flight 815 lands in LA in 2004 and drives Claire to the adoptive parent's home.
Or I could be terribly wrong!
Nope your right! But, what I mean by should have happened but didn't was that this pesky little plane crash got in the way… now we are seeing it as it would have happened, save for the presence of a certain escaped fugitive.
