Register over at TVOvermind's forums, making sure to use a legitimate email address so that we'll be able to contact you if you win.
Make a post telling us which question you would like the encyclopedia and why.
We'll pick two winners randomly, and send them emails through their accounts notifying them.
This must be done by Tuesday, November 2, when the contest ends.
