Though the hip hop industry is never truly stable, VH1's Love and Hip Hop has always had a bit of stability in Jim and Chrissy, the only couple on the show and two people that had been together for years. While the other ladies were having career difficulties, stumbling in their own relationships, and getting booted off the show, Jim and Chrissy were there, likely in the background arguing about something or other.
Which is what makes the sneak peek for Monday's episode that much sweeter, as Jim finally proposes to Chrissy following her proposal last season. Say what you want about her anger issues or their relationship in general, but it's a nice break from the cat fighting to see two people in love express it. Chrissy may be on cloud nine, breaking down in her confessional and bonding with Mama Jones, but the end of the video indicates an end to the brief joy on Love and Hip Hop.
We also get to see Rich try to call in a favor from Rico Love, acclaimed singer-songwriter responsible for the likes of Beyonce's "Sweet Dreams", Nelly's "Just a Dream", and Kelly Rowland's "Motivation". He's recently launched an imprint called Division1, which plucked erstwhile Interscope artist (and Love and Hip Hop chick) Teairra Mari from musical purgatory. Love can't help Olivia at the moment, but he seems into the idea of a "project" and defying expectations, so he seems like the perfect "Name" collaborator for Rich's client. As long as Olivia can bring her life experience to her songs and keep herself mentally in check, I think Rich's connection can be just the jump start she needs.

No one in the Hip Hop business could top that. Crissy and Jim Jones have love,family and friends. That is beautiful who new. That two people love can be that strong.

jim and chrissy love each other and unfortunately that creates a lot of hate form people . you think that in hip hop this would be refreshing to have a man love his woman and a woman love her man so openly. chrissy gets hated on instead of yandy who over steps her bounds because i think girlfriend is in love with jim herself. they will get married. it's true love. some of the other ladies on the show is obviously envious of that. olivai,! i like her but she is unhappy and a little envious of her girl chrissy. emily and chrissy are really down for each other. hang in there jim and chrissy
