Do we really have to wait another ten days for a new episode of Modern Family? It appears so. In "The Musical Man" Cameron does what he does best, he gives his entire heart and soul acting as interim music director at Luke and Manny's school. It’s also no surprise that in doing that, he’s probably driving everyone else crazy in the process! You have to hand it to him, he wants even a song sung in the bathroom to be Broadway quality, so we can only imagine what the poor students are suffering through as he becomes The Music Man.
One thing for sure is the poor bastard who is hanging on that stage has to have some pretty sore shoulders by the end of the performance! It looks like he’s hanging before, during and after. He’s hanging even while Mitchell seemingly congratulates Cam for a show well done.
Jay’s brother is in town (I’m guessing he’s the bald guy who’s getting a nice berating from Gloria during the performance) and their constant brotherly ribbing goes too far. Jay, going too far? Say it ain’t so!
No pictures to support the Dunphy storyline, but the idea is that Phil talks the family into being in his realty ad, and something goes awry when he also wants to feature the family minivan in the spot. Why oh why would Phil expect a commercial starring his beloved family to go without a hitch?
