Modern Family Sneak Peeks: Phil Loves Leap Day & Cam Celebrates His Birthday Tonight
Tonight's all new episode of Modern Family just so happens to take place on Leap Day, which means we're going to get an episode tailored to the day itself.
"I love Leap Day" Phil says cheerfully in tonight's Modern Family. Claire explains that "It's kind of a big deal in the Dunphy house. This year we've even got Manny involved." The Dunphys don't celebrate Leap Day with boring things like school and work. Oh no, this year the family is taking a trapeze class. But Phil is kind of upset when his plans to celebrate the day with the boys is actually thwarted by the girls.
Meanwhile, it turns out that February 29 is Cameron's birthday. Since his actual birthday has only taken place ten times over the course of Cam's life, the pressure is on Mitchell to make this a perfect birthday for his partner. Naturally, we're thinking that things go horribly awry, but everyone learns an important lesson about family in the end.
Watch three sneak peeks below for tonight's all new episode of Modern Family, airing at 9:00 p.m. EST on ABC. After tonight, the show is on hiatus for a week and a new episode will air on March 14.
